This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you provide to Gameplan Technology Limited (trading as “Ryde”) when you use this website and our services. Ryde is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Ryde may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. 1. Who are we

2. What data is collected

When you use the ‘Express Your Interest’, ‘Leave Us a Message”, “Become A Ryder”  or ‘Book with Us’ forms on the Ryde website (www.ryde.team) we collect your name, email, postcode, company and message content. This information is used to allow us to view and respond to your request or invite you to join our team.

When you create a Ryde account, request information, subscribe for a service, or otherwise actively send us data on our Site, we collect such data including, password, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, company, postcode, bank account details and any other data included in a submitted account profile. We also collect data to allow the use of the Ryde service such as location tracking, checkin and checkout data and timesheet data.

In addition, Ryde may collect and analyse non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer operating system, type of mobile device and other similar information. We may automatically record and analyse actions taken on the Site including, but not limited to, date and times of use, clicks, page views, the amount of time you spend on each page, and search queries.

Create an account on the Ryde web app;

Use the mobile app to use the Ryde services;

Ryde securely stores your data using Amazon Web Services (AWS) following best practices.We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and any data stored on our Site.

Ryde would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Ryde provides copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Ryde correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Ryde to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Ryde erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Ryde restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Rydes processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Ryde transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact our DPO on the details above.
